How to Plan LED Table Lighting for a Bar Brand Activation

A branded table serve needs a visible place in the room, but the layout must still work for the people carrying bottles, ice and trays. Set those boundaries before choosing a lighting item.

## Start with a working table

Put a menu, bottles, ice, glassware and a tray on one test table. View it from the guest approach, then follow the route a server takes to deliver and clear the order. Remove anything that narrows the working space.

Ask the venue for its table plan before the trial. The setup will show the area available for a brand activation without forcing the team to alter normal service.

## Keep one clear focal point

Give the featured bottle or shared serve one focal point. A bucket can frame chilled bottles; a low display can raise one bottle into view. Several flashing items on one table can bury the brand cue.

Longstar lists an [**LED ice bucket**] and an [**LED bottle display**] in its bar product range. Review each page and request a sample before assigning either item to a layout. Check the footprint, charging process, control method and logo treatment.

## Use a cue staff can repeat

Give staff one instruction for switching on, placing and clearing the unit. A single colour or short cue can suit service better than a complex sequence. Keep the light behind the serve, away from the guest conversation.

Run the test under the venue’s normal ambient light, not only in a showroom. Photograph the table from the guest approach and from seated height. If the bottle label disappears, adjust the placement before adding more light.

## Put the operating details in the brief

The buyer, venue manager and brand team should agree on quantity, delivery timing, charging responsibility, cleaning method, spares and final logo approval. Include those points in the purchase brief. The supplier can quote the right configuration and the venue can repeat the layout across tables.

Test the complete serve, then scale the layout that the staff can run without extra steps.
