How to Check Custom LED Wine Label Fit Before a Brand Promotion

The bottle often gets chosen before the lighted label. Artwork that looks fine on a screen may sit awkwardly once staff chill, carry, open, and pour from the bottle. A short fit review gives the buyer and supplier the same physical reference before production.

Start with the bottle that will be served

Record the exact bottle SKU, volume, material, and shape. Photograph the front, back, and side with the existing paper labels visible. Measure the area intended for the LED piece. A campaign using more than one bottle shape needs a separate check for each one. Do not assume one position will fit the full range.

Try the position at full size

Print the planned outline at full size, or ask the supplier for the current sample dimensions. Place it on the bottle and look at it on a shelf, on a table, and in a guest’s hand. Keep the brand name and any information the brand team wants visible clear. Ask a member of the service team to hold, open, and pour from the bottle. Mark the preferred position and orientation on a photograph.

Put the finished sample into service

Review a finished sample made for the selected bottle and artwork. Use the lighting planned for the promotion and the actual shelf or service tray. Longstar’s official custom LED wine labels page identifies model LS-WL05. It lists a bottom switch, multiple flashing modes, and customizable logo and lighting options. Ask the supplier which configuration applies to the sample under review.

Check packing after approval

Longstar lists individual packaging for this product. The same page says box size, unit weight, carton quantity, and carton weight depend on the customized size. Ask for packing details based on the finished label, not the earlier outline. Give each approved version a clear identifier so the receiving team can match it to the correct bottle and campaign.

Keep one signed fit record

Save the bottle SKU, photographs, agreed position, artwork revision, selected lighting behavior, sample date, and approver in one record. Send it to the supplier and the receiving team. If the bottle or paper label changes, check the fit again before production and approve the revised position in writing.
