How to Build a Charging Plan for Rechargeable LED Bar Products

A bar team can have enough illuminated products on paper and still run short during service. At handoff, staff need to know which units are ready, where returns go, and who checks the next set. Put that routine on one page before delivery.

Count service rounds before units

Write down how many pieces the team will use at once and how long each service period lasts. Follow one unit through the shift and note when staff can swap it without interrupting guests.

Lighting mode, handling and the selected model can change useful runtime. Ask which settings apply to the approved sample, then run it through a service-length test.

Check the model named on the order

Longstar lists the LED ice buckets model LS-IB01 as rechargeable, with full-charge life of about 6-8 hours. Its LED bottle displays model LS-BD02 is also listed as rechargeable, with about 10-12 hours of full-charge life. Both pages mention manual and remote control.

Treat those numbers as references for the listed models. Have the supplier confirm the model, charger, expected runtime, control setting and charging instructions on the purchase record.

Name the charging place and owner

Pick a charging area away from the guest route. Use the supplied charger and product instructions with the venue’s electrical rules. Label equipment by model.

One person should check the area at opening and handoff. Mark each unit ready, charging or held for review. Take a damaged or unusual unit out of service and ask the supplier for guidance.

Keep ready pieces apart from returns

Give ready units and returns separate, labeled positions, plus a third spot for inspection. Count the ready stock before each round and note each swap. The next crew can see what is available without testing every piece.

Include the approved lighting mode in the shift note. The handoff should cover power status and the setting for the next presentation.

Leave a record for the next activation

Keep the model, unit count, charger count, supplier instructions and reserve quantity together. Add the timetable and charging owner. After the event, record units removed from use and questions for the supplier.
